We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the Partnerships team to drive relationships and sales with our enterprise customers. This individual must enjoy working with people and love how technology, when applied well, can solve complex business challenges and bring immerse value and pleasure to people.

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop B2B enterprise sales strategy and pipeline, including identifying opportunities, generating leads and onboarding enterprise partners to achieve business targets
  • Engage and establish strong relationships with key decision makers at enterprise customers
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to market our products to enterprise customers
  • Develop sales playbook, ranging from prospecting potential enterprise customers, to completing the sales cycle and servicing partner accounts
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments within the industry, including benchmarking our products against the relevant peers and ensuring that our product features continue to be competitive
  • Collaborate with other team members and all internal and external stakeholders.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have: 

  • Proven track record of enterprise and strategic account management in consumer products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
  • A good understanding of enterprise SaaS markets, particularly for loyalty, marketing and CRM solutions
  • Familiar with database queries and ability to analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights to grow accounts
  • Experience working in a ambiguous, low control yet fast paced startup environment preferred
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in business development, partnerships, sales or equivalent role
