We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive (1-Year Contract) to join our Marketing team in Singapore.

In this role, you will take on a hands-on role in supporting the execution of brand campaigns, joint marketing initiatives with coalition partners initiatives, and day-to-day marketing operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and coalition partners to help bring marketing plans to life.

This is a 1-year contract role, with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Your key responsibilities include:

Campaign & Brand Execution

  • Support the execution of brand and marketing campaigns and initiatives across online and offline touchpoints
  • Assist in campaign planning, coordination, timelines, and launch readiness
  • Help ensure consistent brand application across marketing materials and campaign assets
  • Coordinate the development and production of branded materials, campaign assets, POSM, and related collaterals
  • Support event and activation logistics for selected campaigns and partner initiatives where needed

Partner & Agency Coordination

  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and deliverables
  • Support partner marketing initiatives, including briefing, asset follow-up, submission tracking, and campaign coordination
  • Assist with merchandise sourcing, quotation requests, sample coordination, and production follow-up for selected campaigns
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly and flag delays or issues early

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Track campaign deliverables, timelines, approvals, and key next steps across multiple workstreams
  • Support budget and administrative processes such as purchase requests, invoices, quotations, and internal documentation
  • Assist in preparing campaign recaps, reports, and presentation materials
  • Conduct basic market research, competitor tracking, and ad hoc analysis to support campaign planning and reviews

AI-Enabled Marketing Support

  • Use AI tools where appropriate to support content drafting, research, idea generation, asset briefing, and workflow efficiency
  • Stay curious about new tools and platforms that can improve the speed and quality of marketing execution
  • Support the team in adopting practical AI tools to streamline day-to-day marketing work

You will be a good fit if you:

  • Have 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience; fresh graduates with strong marketing internship experience are also welcome to apply
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Are comfortable coordinating with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies, vendors, and partners
  • Are proactive, dependable, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Have good working knowledge of Google Workspace suite including Slides, Sheets and basic content or presentation tools
  • Are familiar with or eager to learn AI-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms to improve productivity
  • Are comfortable learning new systems, processes, and tools

Bonus if you:

  • Have prior exposure to campaign execution, brand marketing, partner marketing, or retail/consumer marketing
  • Have experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners
  • Have basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva or simple content editing tools
  • Have used GenAI tools in school, internships, or work to improve research, planning, content development, or workflow efficiency
